We are proud to share some fantastic news from the team at Tartine at the Distillers Arms following a successful outing at this year’s IFEX Exhibition Salon Culinaire, one of Northern Ireland’s most respected culinary competitions.
Taking part in the event alongside chefs from across the region, our kitchen team returned with two podium finishes and two Certificates of Merit, recognising the skill, dedication, and passion that goes into every dish we create.
Our Results at the Salon Culinaire
The Tartine team achieved the following honours at the competition:
🥈 Silver Medal – Young Risotto Chef of the Year
🥉 Bronze Medal – Senior Lamb Dish
📑 Certificate of Merit – Young Seafood Chef of the Year
📃 Certificate of Merit – NI Chef of the Year
Each category is judged by experienced culinary professionals and focuses on key areas such as technique, presentation, flavour, and creativity, making the recognition particularly meaningful for our team.
